Return & Replacement Policy

The products purchased from Vaadan.in, specifically related to guitars and musical instruments, are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange as per the Return & Refund Policy, within the applicable return or replacement period, if you receive them in a physically damaged condition or if they are different from their description on the product detail page. Return or replacement requests will be processed if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and only if the following conditions are met:

  1. It is agreed that the product was damaged during transit or delivery.
  2. The product you received is significantly different from what was confirmed during the order placement.
  3. The product is returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation.

To initiate the return or replacement process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email from your registered email ID to [Customer Support Email], including the Invoice Number. The email should include the following:

    1.1 Clear images and videos of the damaged products, if applicable, along with images of the packaging. Please ensure that the video clearly showcases the unboxing process to provide evidence of the damaged products.

    1.2 If there is a missing product, wrong product delivered, or any issue related to the product, share clear images and video clippings of the unboxing process and the open package, highlighting the products received, for our understanding and confirmation.

  2. Once we receive the aforementioned details, please allow us a minimum of 5 working days to investigate your complaint and provide a resolution. If, based on the evidence you provided, we approve the return of your order, our team will inform you accordingly.

  3. In case your order is approved for exchange from our end, the products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were received. However, if visible damage or breakage occurred to the product during transit, we will replace them at no cost. You must provide images and videos of the damaged products during unboxing for our records and confirmation of replacement.

  4. After our warehouse team receives the return package, a quality check will be conducted on the product to ensure it is in its original condition. The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 48-72 hours after completing the quality check. You will receive an email with the new consignment tracking details to your registered email address.
